I finished The Skinny Rules this week. It was an okay book, lots of good information, many things I have already been doing but nice to re-affirm my knowledge. Many of the "rules" are hardcore but I understand why they need to be that way but not sure even I would be willing to follow them yet...but hopefully eventually.
There are some good recipes and such in the book. I guess I just felt I wanted more...like more talk about exercise and well, I don't know.
I'd give it a 3 stars out of 5--okay, and a good information source but not totally fabulous.
Not sure what I'm reading next but hope to figure it out soon!!
